David Endom Co-Founder and Managing Partner
David Endom is a co-founder of Level Field Partners. In addition to his time working with charter schools across the country, David’s career spans leadership roles across multiple facets of the finance function, investment banking, and strategy consulting.
Prior to launching Level Field, David provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle market companies with BB&T Capital Markets. Before returning to investment banking, David served as Director of Financial Planning for KIPP DC and was responsible for developing and executing the organization’s facility financing strategy during a period of rapid growth, which included multiple debt-financed transactions in the forms of tax-exempt bonds, New Market Tax Credit financings, and taxable short-term loans. In that role, David also led KIPP DC’s efforts to secure an initial BBB+ rating in conjunction with the organization’s first $63M public bond issuance.
David is a graduate of the University of Richmond and of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He serves as chair of the Board of Directors of the KIPP DC Supporting Corporation.
